Maybe: The medicines you referred to will dilate all blood vessels. I do not know whether the nonmajor penile arteries can be dilated enough by these medicines to create an erection. As long as you have no contraindications, it's probably worth trying.

At 33?: You have serious risk factors for atherosclerosis if at your age and you have penile arterial occlusion. Worth trying viagra (sildenafil) or cialis, but unlikely to work well. Penile blood vessels can be "opened" up surgically or radiologically, but the cause(s) for penile occlusion themselves can be a factor!
