21 male - past several months i've had trouble starting to urinate, occasional pain while urinating, pain in penis after ejaculating, recently there was blood in my semen. i got 2 urine tests a couple months ago and they showed no infections. advice?

Obtain a referral to a urologist, who can evaluate and treat prostate infections. Semen testing showing "blood" can indicate prostatitis, not a UTI.

Your symptoms point more to a prostatic problem (inflammation/ infection) than a urinary problem and you need to see a Urologiat. In the meantime do Sitz baths and take Azo for burning and Ibuprofen for pain. Hope you feel better
