These symptoms are not typical for thrush (vaginal yeast). If your doctor treated you without exam -- i.e. based on symptoms only -- it could be you don't have yeast (thrush) but a different cause of vaginal discharge or vulvar irritation. You probably need to be (re)examined and probably tested for other causes, like STDs. Good luck.
