There can be a difference in size of the 2 labia. Since you're not experiencing pain,redness or itching, ,, ,or blistering, infection or allergy are unlikely. A fluctuating cyst from clogged gland ducts could be a cause of the painless swelling. Your gynecologist can advise you best.
