I self treated with amoxicillin 3g and 1.5 gram for what i thought was syphilis. i tested negative and still have spots on my body (8wks). is there a non blood test that could test the lesions to prove, i have it so i can receive proper treatment?

There are two blood tests to detect syphilis: an antibody test and an RPR. Too early after exposure, both could yield a false negative but either test will be positive now if you're still infected. Why are you so sure these "spots" are syphilis cause they're probably not and as long as you think they are, you won't know the real diagnosis. See a doctor for a full history, physical, and diagnosis.

You did the wrong thing by treating yourself. It is invariably wrong and can cause harm. How did you get the request to havethe test for syphilis? If you had an exposure pl see your doc. Your spots could be from amoxicillin.
