Gently wash the area with soap and water and apply a little antibiotic ointment. No need to cover it unless you need protection from clothes rubbing on the injury. Exposure to air and keeping it dry will help with the fungal (yeast) infection you were treating. It will heal in a few days. No terconazole until then. I'm sure you'll pay more attention to the medications you're taking in the future.
