Penile melanosis hi, im wondering how quick penile melanosis generally grows / appears, as well as whether it can appear on the urethra meatus?

I view penile melanosis as primarily a genetic condition. I think a dermatologist or urologist would have much more experience with this condition than a primary care physician and could better answer your question. I do think melanosis can occur on the meatal area.

This is unpredictable. Usually it is very slow in spread. It will not occor on the tip of the meatus at that has mucus membrane ans not skin

Meatus of penis is bigger, maybe from rough masturbation. Used to be small slit, but is now open like lips. Urine flows inconsistent too, sprays sometimes and leaks after. Will urethra heal/go back to original size? Could it be scar tissue/blockage?
