Hematuria in urine, -ve for gronoreha , chylmadia. -ve for hiv 4th gen and syphillis blood test (62 days post hetrosexual exposure). slight discomfort in urine sometimes. cystoscopy is clear. can it be trich? will urine culture pick that?

Hematuria can be due to many medical and surgical causes which need investigation. You did not mention gross or microscopic. You need a good history and physical, radiologic procedures and other tests as indicated. Best to see a Urologist. Urine culture picks only infection
