Good day, i want to ask what should i do to stop having blood in my sperm after ejaculation. it only happens when i try to hold and burst the sperm to come out but if i didn't try it doesn't happen. what should i do to not happen again? thank you?

Blood in sperm is usually caused by nonserious issues during ejaculation. I'm not sure you need to consult a urologist at this time. I guess you'll have to discontinue that maneuver to avoid hematospermia ( blood in sperm). If you still have concerns, see a urologist for evaluation and advice.
