About a year ago ive had rashes pop up all over my stomach, crease of my arms, top of my breasts that flake when they dry, they itch really badly and its embarrassing. when theyre not dry and grey theyre dark brown marks everywhere! advice?

Your skin condition could be caused by dermatophyte (fungal) infection versus severe atopic dermatitis. You have suffered this for one year so you need to see a dermatolgist as soon as possible.

See a dermatologist or allergist especially if this has been present for over 8 weeks. You must have sleeping issue and if so see the dermatologist or allergist sooner than later.
