Your testosterone is normal and what you think abnormal is not. You can't stay erected all the time without stimulation when watching porn because your brain is somewhat de-sensitive to erotic scenes. I assume you are watching porno movies too often. There is no such thing as venous leak.

It could be. But this has to be tested and you need to see a Urologist for that. Also watching porn very often raises the threshold of sexual excitation and erection and gradually more and more is needed. It is best to wean yourself out of it. Good luck.
