Bleeding: Only examination and tests can tell for sure in your case. Bleeding gets exacerbated by certain foods (spicy) sometimes; mostly if one of the most common causes (hemorrhoids) is present. Tricky to assume that this (or other obvious lesions) are "all" the cause, sometimes other very serious lesions get missed if not thoroughly checked. So: schedule an appointment.
