Gently, using wet cotton wipe it out little bit at a time. If it is red or sore use a cortisone cream to the area for a few days. You'll be fine

I already advised you to avoid these other problems you have, is to see a doctor for a circumcision. At 26 you will have these problems the rest of your life. This is not a complicated surgical procedure.
