I have a mass inside my penus that is causing a couple of problems? while urinating, i've noticed lately that my urine sometimes comes out in several bursts instead of a steady stream. my penus has decreased in size and is now oddly shaped?

A possible scenario is that you could have a stone lodged in that part of the urinary passage. Another is scar tissue (Pyrone's ) But best is to see a Urologist for cause.
