The risk of sexually acquired HSV usually is very low from any particular exposure. If receving oral sex was the only exposure, it's even lower -- probably under one chance in many thousand, even if your partner has oral herpes. Do you have reason to believe he has oral herpes or was having an outbreak? If not, please try not to worry!
