It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait, it it ruptures, apply triple antibiotic cream to the raw area. If it is not resolved in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

From your description you need to see a Gyn for diag. and treatment for without exam no RX can be done.
