Pre-ejaculate fluid is always completely clear, and does not appear in absence of sexual arousal. Possible abnormal urethral discharge, especially if it is cloudy. Urethral discharge is generally due to STD. See a doctor or clinic if it persists or if you remain uncertain about it. Good luck.
