I am feeling like my stomach gas leaking , in starting i was unable to observe and other people are facing bad smell from my anus area , now i can also feel this , how to solve and why it is happening?

Solving this would depend on the cause. Hard to evaluate over the phone/computer. Ideally you should see an MD who can examine you, check the tone of the anus and make sure you were not leaking. He/she can then begin the work up to help identify what’s bothering you
