A nonproductive cough, after which you "feel fine" is not of concern. If you have persistent cough, you might consider seeing a trusted doctor for an opinion after examination. I know of no connection between masturbation and cough.

There is no direct relation between cough and masturbation. It could be as a residual of your cough and should gradually go away.
