This is a very hard question to answer. What we do know with Covid illness is that ANY part of the body can ache/hurt. So that would include your breasts. On the other hand, when you ask is it "normal", I don't think we know enough about what are more common symptoms vs rarer symptoms other than fever, body aches, fatigue and alterations of taste and smell. We are still learning with every case!
