Hello doctor..my last lmp was 11 july and i had unprotected sex on 22 july..and i took ipill 72 on same day within 6 hour..after i had spotting of 4 drops and then it also spot after 5 day with milky discharge..is it normal??

The "ipill" has both estrogen and progesterone and will produce some scant ("withdrawal") bleeding after 5 days, but this "spotting" is not a guarantee that pregnancy did not occur. If your August period is delayed, wait 5 days after it is due, and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
