They are called sexually transmitted for a reason. That is the exposure needed to get them. You don't get them at random sharing dinner utensils.

Not STD’s, rather gastroenteritis like infections in case she is currently sick. Extremely common otherwise, rarely resulting in infections as the source has to be acutely sick at the time.
