My balls itch really badly all the time, i try to shower my ball 3 times a day, but they won't stop. i have basically tried everything the internet proposed. i dont really want to go to the doctor, because of embarrassment, so l came here?

Is there a rash? If you have tried home remedies without success, see a dermatologist asap. There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about and he/she will not consider it strange at all. There is likely a quick cure for what is causing this.

You may have an infection which is resistant to over-the-counter treatments or some other medical condition which should be treated. The only way to be properly diagnosed & treated for your condition is to see a physician at an office or clinic. Please do not be embarrassed about such an exam.
