Some women occasionally skip a cycle.(You may not be pregnant.) Urine pregnancy tests are more often falsely negative when done early in pregnancy. The first morning urine is most likely to represent an accurate sample. If menses is delayed more than 60 days some OBGYNs will offer hormones that trigger a cycle (if not pregnant)

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
