No reason for confusion. The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests ever developed, results overrule symptoms. Many conditions cause same symptoms as HIV; your tests prove HIV isn't the cause. See infectious diseases specialist for expert advice. Nucleic acid testing not needed based on symptoms, but maybe recommended for additional reassurance. Stop worrying: no HIV!

To be sure, get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
