Very unlikely: In real life, that does not happen. Ejaculation has to happen into the vagina in order to create a new baby. That being said, life can surprise you sometimes. So, couples having sex should always be ready for that rare surprise baby. Also, emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time but if no usual period in a month or so, can check a home urine pregnancy test a week after a missed period.
