RPR can become positive as soon as 2 weeks after exposure, but that's unusual. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks, and testing at 6 weeks and beyond is usually considered conclusive. However, in rare cases it can take longer. If the exposure was particularly high risk for syphilis, another option is an EIA test, which is almost always conclusive by 6 weeks.

Agree with Dr. H. If the test is positive, it is reliable, however, if it is negative and there was a high risk exposure test should be repeated at 60 days after exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
