Urologist diagnosed me with grade 1 varicocele and said its because of prostate congestion as i was suffering from chronic constipation and advised me to masturbate once a week to relieve it, is masturbation okay in this case or it might aggravate?

Are you sure you understood the doctor? This all sounds peculiar. Prostate "congestion" is not caused by constipation and does not lead to varicocele. Masturbation isn't likely to either help or hurt this situation.

Agree with Dr Handsfield Pl see anther Urologist as what was prescribed does not make sense in my view. Grade 1 varicocele if asymptomatic needs no treatment. PL see your MD for constipation.
