My 12 year old daughter is dealing with vaginal odor,itchiness, yellow discarge , and also frequent urination. i have took her to the doctor and they said that she did not have an infection so doctors what can my daughter take to stop this situation?

Get a second opinion from an OB-GYN. While she may may not have a urinary tract infection, her symptoms do sound like vagina yeast. Daily cleansing with mild soap and water, cotton underware changed daily should also help until her next exam. Perhaps she is wiping herself back to front instead of front to back and bringing fecal bacteria into this area, so review proper hygiene as well.
