After using clomid for 4 days instead of 5 days i had sex with my husband once when ovulation is there possibility of pregnant?

The fact that Clomid is being used indicates some prior difficulty in conception, but using it for "four" instead of "five" days, if ovulation does occur and your partner has a valid sperm count by a urologist, pregnancy "may" occur but is not, of course, certain. If several Clomid trials fail, ask your gyn provider about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure tubes are open.

Approximately Day 35: Typically ovulation occurs about 14 days before your period starts. So if you didn't ovulate until Day 21, I would wait until at least Day 35 to test?

The colposcopy shouldn't have affected anything but if you ovulated on clomid you should be pregnant soon. If you haven't done a semen analysis, you might. Problems there can slow things down when you think it is just ovulation related dr daum

Follow up: You need to follow up with your MD to confirm if you are or aren't ovulating. If not, your dose of Clomid (clomiphene) can be increased.
