Your mom should see her gyn doctor to determine why she has abnormal bleeding and to determine what the “lump” is and why it is bleeding. There is no way to tell if she has cancer without examining her and sending samples to the lab. There are other possible diagnoses as well so the best thing you can do is to convince her to see her doctor ASAP. Good luck to both of you!

Any abnormal bleeding warrants evaluation by an in person examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
