Regular Sexual Intercourse indicates that regular contraceptives should be used. Plan B is an emergency contraceptive that contains large quantities of hormone with the intent to prevent implantation of a fertilized embryo by sloughing the uterine lining. side effects include heavy/early bleeding, breast tenderness, and nausea. You should not use Plan B repeatedly.
