Not sure: Gynera contraceptive is a low dose birth control pill not available in the us. Nonetheless, it is very common for any birth control particularly birth controls such as the depo-provera shot or implanon, for irregular cycles or missed cycles to occur. Do not be concerned. If it persists for more than 3 to 6 months, check with your doctor.
