Not pregnant: It is a simple thing to test for a pregnancy using a home pregnancy tests. Modern tests are so sensitive that they can detect a pregnancy on the first day after a missed period. Common pregnancy symptoms include breast tenderness, nausea, dizziness and occasional vomiting. Lighter than normal periods may be caused by hormonal fluctuations due to stress, weight gain/loss, exercise.
