Hard to be sure: Although it is unusual to get pregnant just after menses stops it has happened. Timing would suggest your partner is the father. You can have a NIPS test (maternal cell free DNA study) done on your blood as early as ~ 10 wks to confirm paternity, which is accurate enough to hold up in court. You should seek counseling regardless as the stress can do as much harm as anything.
