Triple cream: Diaper rash can be due to contact dermatitis where a rash forms when the skin is exposed to acidic body fluids, it can be made worse when colonized by yeast which leads to a skin yeast infection. A mixture of Sudocream, clotrimazole yeast infection cream and baby powder can be applied every 3 hours for 3-5 days to alleviate the rash. Do not use hydrocortisone cream in this area.
