Can i finish my birth control pill pack after having a bilateral salpingectomy? im afraid to stop it midway through the pack?

Yes: There really shouldn't be any problem from finishing the one pack you have. If you've been on them for a while, you can take the final 2 weeks so final hormone levels are tapered off and are not shut off abruptly. You are post-op, though, so monitor for any blood clot symptoms
