You can: Just stop taking the pills. You will likely have a "period" much like if you were taking inactive pills, so don't be concerned. Afterwards, start a menstrual diary and use ovulation kits to help you decipher if you are ovulating monthly, and when. This will help you time intercourse better. Good luck!
