Visit a doctor: It seems he has some problem with his urinary system(?enlarged prostate) or infection(Prostatitis). These conditions can be corrected by a urologist. He should go see his PCP first. He/She may treat his problem or refer him to a Urologist(specialist) for further evaluation and treatment..
