Bartholin abscess: Any of several would be effective. The most important treatment often is minor surgery to assure adequate drainage of pus. Once that is done, the particular antibiotic often doesn't matter very much. Probably you're seeing a doctor; this is not something you should be trying to treat on your own. Follow her advice, including whatever antibiotic was prescribed.
