Tingling , ED: Any scrotal masses? Recent back injury/ trauma? Stresses? May be related to stress but may also be infection- herpes, or other STD chlamydia, trichomonas BV , or related to the spinal cord and nerves. Would recommend MRI of LS spine and follow up with urology /orthopedics .

Pain with urination : Sound like an infection. Prostate infections cause a loss of erections. See a doctor, don't have sexual contact for now.
