Blood per rectum: Do you have a history of hemorrhoids? has this ever happened before? You need to be properly evaluated in person with a doctor. The bleeding is most likely coming from somewhere in your colon but could be from the stomach and moving quickly through your GI.

Agree with Dr. P: Abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated. Even hemorrhoids, if that is what you have, can lead to anemia from blood loss. It is imperative to see your doctor. You may take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. Wish you good health!
