I had extreme pelvic pain after sex 2 night ago. since then it feels like my lower region is swollen. as well as unusual discharge. could it be a cyst or something related to etopic pregnsncy?

A discharge that has odor is usually an infection with germs such as bacteria, trichomonas, gonorrhea or chlamydia (discharge gets worse as infection worsens). A woman with a discharge should see her doctor for an exam and medication. Avoid sex until after evaluation.
