Try a LARC : A Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraceptive (LARCs) may be best for you. Discuss the pros and cons of having either an intrauterine device (copper or hormonal) or a subdermal contraceptive implant with a knowledgeable and caring gynecologist...and switch to one of these methods which are much more effective at preventing pregnancy than oral contraceptives. Consulting a nutritionist might also help.
