Hard to say: There are few STD's that produce generalized rashes. Secondary syphilis is one, but late in the course.Pain is not a common feature at the time. Others have rashes localized to the genitals. Many non'traditional STD's can be passed sexually. It may or may not be some sort of infection or reaction to a trigger. Only a proper evaluation would sort this out.
