PEP, maybe PrEP: Contact a doctor or clinic to discuss post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), i.e. anti-HIV drugs after a high risk exposure. Do it ASAP: PrEP is only effective if started within 72 hours of exposure, and most effective with 24 hours. If such exposures occur frequently, consider a) condoms, b) circumcision if not done before now, and c) pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), i.e. continues HIV drugs.
