May be: The treatments he received may have rendered him sterile or induced damage to the DNA of his gonads. Depending on the damage he may be producing sperm, if he is producing any, with DNA damage that has the potential to make the baby resulting from that sperm susceptible to cancer. However, his sperm will not cause cancer in his sex partner.
