How long after i stop taking triphasil will my periods get back to normal? i was on it from after i gave birth to my son, june 2015 to end of october of 2019. in the past 3 months i have had pms for about 4 days in december and nothing again.

The pill is out: your system in 4 or 5 days. Ovulation two weeks later is expected. If irregular cycles/ovulation in past, this should be evaluated and treated.
