Genital herpes: Probably this is an initial infection with genital herpes. Bleeding gums probably is unrelated. See a doctor or clinic ASAP for diagnosis and treatment: started early, an anti-herpes drug (alacyclovir or acyclovir) will greatly speed healing. In your country, new herpes is high risk for new HIV as well; get tested. Your sex partner(s) also need to be checked for herpes and HIV. Good luck!
