Rolling down the foreskin of my penis i find that one of the veins when stretched is slightly yellowish.uncircumcised.is it normal?

Most likely ok: If there is no swelling,discoloration or deformity of the glans or shaft and the other veins appear normal, I doubt any pathology or significance of the yellowish tint of one small vein. If you have continuing concerns, see your physician or a urologist for evaluation and advice.
